📢 GRAA Transition to TeamSnap ONE

 

GRAA is moving all sports to the new TeamSnap ONE platform. This change provides our families with a faster, more reliable app with upgraded communication tools and a unified calendar.

 

1. Which app do I download?

You must download the TeamSnap ONE app (logo below)

  • iOS
  • Android
  • Note: The old “TeamSnap” app will no longer display GRAA schedules or rosters for upcoming seasons

2. Do I need a new username and password?

No. Use your existing TeamSnap credentials. Once you log in, your registered players and their respective teams will automatically populate as coaches activate them.

 

3. I have kids in different sports. Will I see them all in one place?

Yes. TeamSnap ONE features a Unified Schedule. You can see every practice, game, and event for every child across all GRAA sports in one master calendar view.

 

4. What is new in TeamSnap ONE?

Beyond a cleaner interface, the new app offers Next-Gen Chat and improved team management tools:

  • In-Chat Polls: Easily organize snack duties or headcounts.
  • Photo Sharing: Share photos and videos with the team directly in the app.
  • Emoji Reactions: Quick-reply to messages without sending extra notifications.

 

5. Why is my screen empty after logging in?

If you log in and see “No Teams,” don’t panic! This is usually due to:

  • Unfinalized Rosters: Your coach or commissioner is still finalizing the team layout.
  • Email Mismatch: You logged in with a different email than the one used during registration.
  • Sync Time: It can take up to 24 hours after registration for your profile to sync with the app.

 

6. How do I add a spouse, co-parent, or caregiver?

Open the app, tap on your child’s Profile, and select Contacts. From there, you can invite additional family members so they can also view the schedule, receive team alerts, and chat.

 

7. Is there a cost to use the app?

No. All standard features (schedules, availability, chat, and team announcements) are provided free of charge as part of your GRAA registration.
