Who: Rising 2nd-8th graders who are Glen Ridge residents/students
When: Regular registration is now open until 7/31/25. From 8/1/25 to 9/2/25 a late fee will apply
Fee: $275 until 7/31/25. $350 from 8/1/25 to 9/2/25
Hello Red Dogs Family!
The Red Dogs are excited to open registration for another season of Glen Ridge Red Dogs Football for kids CURRENTLY in 1st through 7th grade.
Some basic introductory information is as follows:
Teams are divided by grade:
Pee-Wees (2nd, 3rd, 4th)
Juniors (5th/6th)
Seniors (7th/8th)
Practices will run Monday through Thursday in the evening starting in early August.
After school starts practices will be Tuesday, Thursday and Friday with games on Saturday. If you haven’t been already, Red Dogs games at Hurrell Field are one of the best youth athletic experiences in town!
This year we are excited to introduce new game jerseys (be on the lookout), the return of newly purchased Guardian Helmets, and more fun team experiences on tap.

Take advantage of GRAA’s installment plan—an easy, no-interest option that lets you split your registration fee into three equal monthly payments. Simply select it during the registration process.
Red Dogs Summer Camp 2026:
GRAA Football is proud to invite you to our annual Red Dogs Football summer camp July 6-9 (Rain Day reserved if needed for July 10).
This is a non-contact, skills and drills camp focused on FUN and teaching kids the fundamentals led by Glen Ridge High School Football Coach Chris Strumolo and the Glen Ridge Football team.
No football pads/helmets will be worn or needed during the camp.
The week will end with a lunch party, which is included in the cost.
Time: 8 AM - 12 PM
Location: Glenfield Park
Eligible to attend: rising 3rd - 8th graders
Fee: $175
Payment Information:
- At Registration: No payment required.
- Early June: You will receive an invoice via email.
- Requirement: Payment must be completed by the due date on the invoice to ensure participation.
