The Glen Ridge Athletic Association lacrosse program is seeking enthusiastic Glen Ridge residents to help shape the future of our lacrosse community.
The Lacrosse Board’s input is crucial for informed decision-making within our lacrosse programs. Together, the Lacrosse Commissioner and Board work to ensure the best possible experience for all lacrosse athletes.
Examples of some Board positions include:
Fields Manager
The Fields Manager is responsible for overseeing all field-related operations to ensure safe, organized and efficient use of fields for practices and games.
Girls Scheduling Coordinator
The Girls Scheduling Coordinator oversees all scheduling logistics for the girls lacrosse program.
Treasurer
The Treasurer is responsible for the financial management and fiscal oversight of the lacrosse program.
Equipment Manager
The Equipment Manager oversees all program equipment inventory, maintenance, and distribution.
Uniforms Coordinator
The Uniforms Coordinator manages all uniform ordering and distribution.
Border Battle Manager
The Border Battle Manager oversees all planning and execution for the organization’s participation in the Border Battle event.
Coaching & Player Development
The Coaching & Player Development Director is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, hiring and development of qualified coaches and specialty trainers to ensure a high-quality lacrosse experience for all players.
League Relations & Program Representative
The League Relations & Program Representative serves as the organization’s primary liaison to both boys and girls lacrosse leagues, ensuring strong communication, compliance and representation of the program at all league level meetings and discussions.
