Free Wrestling Clinic

Sunday, Nov. 19th 2023 from 10:30 a.m – 12pm @ GRHS Cafeteria

3rd – 8th Grade

Technique clinic will include an introduction to the sport of wrestling, fundamental instruction, foundational drills, games, motivation, and training tips that will get kids excited about participating in the upcoming season.

Clinic includes:

  • Watch a short exhibition match followed by an interactive breakdown of the techniques, scores and rules of wrestling by clinicians
  • Learn proper stance, positioning, and movements for offense and defense
  • Learn proper setups and takedowns
  • Learn basic breakdowns and pinning combinations

All Wrestling clinics are run by GRAA Wrestling Coaches and distinguished program alumni.

Parents are welcome.
