GRAA Wrestling builds wrestlers from the ground up

GRAA Wrestling Club (GRAAW) measures success through its young wrestlers. GRAA Wrestling will teach your children:

• training on wrestling fundamentals, skills, and techniques
• comprehensive drilling

No matter what your child’s level or experience, GRAA Wrestling Club is designed so that your child can learn and improve. The GRAA Wrestling coaches focus their attention on the experienced as well as the inexperienced wrestler.

Under the guidance of the GRAA Wrestling coaches, your child is taught all areas of wrestling. The coaches emphasize the importance of doing their best at all times, maintaining a positive mental attitude, and practicing good sportsmanship.

GRAA Wrestling is directed by Head Coach Paul Schwern. Coach Schwern’s accomplishments and experience include:

· Four-year Division 1 college wrestler, University of New Hampshire

· 2X NCAA Division 1 Qualifier

· Rank 12th in the country Division 1 1987

· OW of the New England Championships 1987

· Captain of the UNH Wrestling Team 1987

· Single Season record holder at UNH 38 wins 1987

· 2nd all time career wins at UNH with 105 wins

· Three years Assistant Coach, Glen Ridge High School Wrestling Team

· Eight years Head Coach of GRAA Wrestling

The GRAA Wrestling coaching staff has a combined 20 years of wrestling and coaching experience.
